We've always had an eye toward the environment, which is why we proudly use Guittard Chocolate. Beyond the product being excellent, their values of sustainability and care for their farmers struck a chord with us, and it was an easy choice for us from the start.
Now, at the beginning of our second year, we are making the change to organic dairy. From today forward, we will only be using organic cream and butter. For orders that are already in production, know that we're phasing out what we already have in stock, which means you'll likely have some, but not all, organic dairy.
